Podkarpacka Energy Management Agency was created as part of project in a consortium which was supported by European Commission in "Intelligent Energy - Europe" programme. Partners of the consortium include:

FAEPAC - Fundación Axencia Enerxética Provincial da Coruña (Energy Agency of the Province of A Coruña) - The Foundation was created on the 10th May, 2006 as a non profit organization. It was created as an autonomous and legally and administratively independent organization. According to the order of 28th July, 2006, it is classified as an industrial related organization, attached to the Galician Ministry for Innovation and Industry. The ministry will then have to act as a protector over it. On the 15th September, 2006 it was declared as a Galician-related foundation and it was ordered its registry on the Galician-related foundations registry.

Etelä-Pohjanmaan Energiatoimisto (Energy Agency of South Ostrobothnia) - Thermopolis Ltd/Etelä-Pohjanmaan Energiatoimisto center is founded by Lapua city and several companies operating in the field of energy production and distribution, solar-, wind- and bioenergy, biogas, heat pump and boiler technology. The Agency started it´s action in May 2006.

EMA - Energy Management Agency Popovo - The main objectives of the Association are: to support the regional, economical and ecological growth of the Municipality of Popovo; to perform investigations, analyses, prognoses and consultations in actual problems about the steady development and the energy efficiency; to develop strategies for energy efficiency and steady development and systems for monitoring, control and assessment; to develop energy efficiency projects and to apply for The European Union programmes and other sources of financial support and to be involved in the management of these projects; to organize qualification, training and information seminars concerning the energy efficiency and steady growth; to establish public-private partnerships in the sphere of steady growth and energy efficiency.
